Sarah is an animal lover with a soft spot for dogs, cats and horses. She is "mom" to two cats named Penelope (14) and Trouvé (4) — both of whom came to her as strays. She enjoys helping with pet transfers because it gives her a chance to help an animal find a fur-ever home. Her most challenging and rewarding transfer was for a bloodhound named Molly whose owner wanted to know she had a good home before terminal cancer took his life.
