I've had dogs and cats all my life. I'm currently living in the Louisville, Kentucky metro area on a hobby farm with 3 dogs and 2 cats in the house and 4 cats and 2 horses in the barn (all over 10 years old). Most of my pets are rescues. I have experience with Asian cats (talkers and climbers) as well as small (poodles and terriers) and large (German Shepherd and farm collies--Australian and English Shepherd) dogs. I've also handled: draft horses, Arabians, Standardbreds, Tennessee Walkers, Appaloosas, Saddlebreds and "who knows" breeds of horses. I have a two-horse strait-stall bumper-pull horse trailer (fits my 17H TW) and a V-8 Tundra, but I plan to do most transportation (of small animals) in a Prius. I was raised in the Northeast and went to college and worked for years in N. CA.
