I reside in Western MA with my 3 dogs, Oliver who is my 13 yr old American Eskimo dog, recently diagnosed with liver cancer and DIC. Gracie who is my 9 yr old Australian Shepherd, diagnosed at 4 yrs old with Epilepsy and Adabelle who is my 3 yr old American Eskimo dog. I also have a 15 yr old Maine Coon Mix cat that I rescued as a kitten in '00 from one of our local shelters. They're my babies and I love them with all my heart. I've been involved in animal rescue for more than 13 years now. I've done many different things while in rescue, such as rescuing dogs from high kill shelters all over the country, on my own, long before FB came about, and finding them great new loving homes, volunteering to help transport dogs to adopters, fosters and rescues, doing home visits for various rescues, fostering and doing different types of fundraisers for many rescues. I've recently joined Scentsy with my main purpose being to be able to raise money to donate to more rescues. As I'm slowly building my new business, I've been able to help quite a few rescues already and am looking forward to helping many, many more in the future. I'll always have at least 2 fundraisers going at all times. Future hopes include creating a non-profit to help American Eskimo Dogs' owners pay for urgent/emergent veterinary care if they can't afford it at the time. I'd also like to start a pet food bank in my area to help people who are having trouble caring for their pets' dietary needs. So much I want to do to help animals and people who have animals, so little time!
