Hi, I read the story about Doobert, on the Richmond Times Dispatch website, the puppy that was rescued from Kansas and transported to Troy, VA. I'm a huge animal lover and would like to volunteer to help in the transport and rescue animals if in my area. Animals can't fend for themselves therefore we must step up and protect them.
