Doobert.com has been obtaining permission to use photo images of CVIs and health certificates as proof that the paper certificates were completed within 30 days. This way, the paper certificates do not need to be transported with the animals reducing the opportunity for them to be lost in the handover from one transporter to the next.
Dog Requirements
Certificate of Veterinary Inspection that identifies animal and certifies that rabies vaccination is current according to the manufacturer's label, and that dog does not originate from an area under quarantine for rabies. Dogs < 90 days do not require a rabies vaccination. Director may require that dogs > 6 months test negative for heartworm.
Cat Requirements
Certificate of Veterinary Inspection that identifies animal, certifies that rabies vaccination is current according to the manufacturer's label, and that cat does not originate from an area under quarantine for rabies. Cats < 90 days do not require a rabies vaccination.
