Pettails Rescue

About Pettails Rescue
Pet Tails Rescue was founded by Maureen Cahill in March 2012. The primary business and Broker office is located in Northwood, NH and a Shelter facility, licensed in late 2014, is located in Barrington, NH. The Barrington facility is used for quarantine, training and adoptions. The Rescue is completely operated and supported by a group of dedicated volunteers committed to the rescue and placement of homeless dogs and cats. Pet Tails Rescue utilizes a network of foster families to pull animals from a shelter, organize veterinary care, provide temporary placement in a home environment, secure transportation to NH, and provide quarantine and foster care once again upon arrival, all the while working to find a permanent adoptive family.
Please see the guidelines for working with our organization below.

Please feel free to follow up with an email to our staff. If the pet you are interested in is in a local foster home, once your application is approved you will get to meet and adopt your new pet within a couple of days depending on the availability of our foster.
