About Can't Hold My Licker Dog Rescue
A Group of Ladies in MS/PA that have been rescuing abandoned dogs for over 10 years. The dogs are put into fosters and made healthy and then transferred to rescues in the North.
Please see the guidelines for working with our organization below.
Depends on the specific situation, some pups have to be NPOG - some need crate, some just need teether... Same with fostering, each situation can be different so we try to go with the flow.
