Who We Are

We started this organization to bring working K9s to our surrounding communities for jobs such as search and rescue, therapy work, and service animals. We thought it would be a great idea to not only help the human community but also the animal community by saving dogs from the shelter to use for these working purposes! Although some will stay with the rescue to be trained for such purpose, others will be placed up for adoption!

PULLING FOR ADOPTERS
RDK9 is not opposed to helping pull animals for adopters, however, there is a strict contract that will need to be filled out to be considered. Along with the application, a vet reference check will be done and a home check will be done. Please reach out to the organization to inquire. 

SURRENDERS

RDK9 will help those needing to surrender their pets in time of need to prevent them from going to a shelter provided an application is filled out with full history of the animal and providing the rescue has space. Please reach out if you have a pet in need that you can no longer care for.

Fostering

In order to foster through RDK9 an application must be filled out, vet reference check will be done, and a home inspection will be done. Please reach out to the organization to inquire.
