PDX Cat Trapper

PDX Cat Trapper, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that uses TNR — trap, neuter, return — to stop the unchecked breeding and limit the suffering of community cats by supporting caregivers in the management of their colonies.

PDX Cat Trapper focuses on lessening the suffering and community impact of Feral, Strayand Community cats through high volume TNR (Trap - Neuter - Return), colony stabilization and management, and community education. We believe through services,engagement and advocacy, we are building more equitable communities and increasing livability for all.
