Strawberry Fields Animal Rescue Illinois

We rescue senior animals, handicapped animals and animals needing hospice care with the intention of finding them loving homes, freeing them to live in comfort for their remaining years. We provide the public with education on animal welfare, along with assistance and resources to help people effectively care for their animals and preserve the human-animal bond.

Partnership Requirements: We ask that if you would like us to help find an animal a foster home or adoptive home you provide us with the following items-

• Picture(s) of animal- must be clear, in focus, good lighting and animal must be looking at the camera.
• Bio about the animal- a paragraph only talking about the animals positive attributes and what would make them a good pet.
• Medical History- email any known medical history to [email protected]
• Behavior assessment- we ask that you give us as much behavioral information you have about the animal.  We know not all shelters do dog or cat testing but if they do we would like to know this information.

All of our animals go straight into a foster home or adoptive home.  We do not have a shelter facility so we try to gather as much information as possible about the animal.
