northeast pa pet fund and rescue

We are an all volunteer, foster home based dog rescue. We also raise money to pay for basic veterinary care of our local dogs and cats. We also do TNR of feral cats.

Our guidelines are as follows: All dogs and puppies must be crated. Puppies must be fed, watered, and given a potty break no less than every 3 hours to prevent shock and dehydration. Puppies without 2 distemper vaccines cannot touch the ground. Adult dogs must be wearing a choke chain to prevent escape.
