Windy Ridge Rescue

We are a group of people dedicated to saving animals in our community from being euthanized in shelters, living as strays, or ending up in abusive situations. We pool our resources and connections together with donations from our supporters to relocate the unwanted to areas of our great country where their fates are full of love and admiration and families of their own. We do adopt locally for pets who can not transport whether it be their looks, or their medical issues, or if they are simply waiting for their turn. Although without a facility, we rely on fosters to do this. Since most of our saved souls are transferred to other no-kill rescues, our fosters enjoy breaks and seem to appreciate knowing exactly when their guests will be leaving. Windy Ridge Rescue is a registered nonprofit recognized by the IRS and the state of South Carolina.
