The Louisiana SPCA is dedicated to the prevention of cruelty to animals and to the promotion of respect and humane care for animals.

Any animals pulled from our organization will be transported with a valid health certificate issued by our shelter veterinarian. No pregnant mothers or neo-natal animals will be transported.
