Hot Spring Village Animal Welfare League

We are an all volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit rescue organization which works in conjunction with the Hot Springs Village Property Owners Association Animal Shelter. Our mission is to place all rescued/surrendered adoptable companion animals into loving homes and to prevent the overpopulation of unwanted animals.

We are a small rural community based organization that depends on transporting dogs to be able to retain our No-Kill status. Nearly half of the dogs that we take in each year are transported to partner rescues for adoption into loving families. Every animal that finds their way into our care wiggles their way into our hearts as they come through the door. Our adoption practices ensure that every animal is placed in a forever home that matches his/her personality and breed specific needs.
