NorthStar WI is formed for charitable purposes only. NorthStar WI promotes responsible and humane permanent placement assistance and advocacy for dogs. NorthStar WI provides assistance and information for people who are unable or unwilling to continue to provide adequate housing and care for their dog. NorthStar WI maintains a cooperative working relationship with in-state and out of state humane societies, shelters and other rescues in our effort to rescue dogs who have been abandoned or surrendered. NorthStar WI is dedicated to rehoming dogs in permanent homes.
