About Northern Illinois Transport Team
All volunteer group of drivers moving cats from high kill shelters to state registered rescues and their approved fosters. In addition to our URL above, we can also be found on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/groups/North.IL.TT/ We started 15 months ago and have conducted over 350 transports resulting in saving over 750 lives. Almost all were transports from Chicago Animal Care and Control high kill shelter. Our transports are predominantly shorter distances anywhere from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours but we are looking to expand.
