Top Dog Foundation

Founded in 2004, Top Dog Foundation rescues and provides a loving permanent home for senior dogs who otherwise face euthanasia due to health or age issues. We rescue the dogs others may label as "unadoptable," the abandoned, orphaned, or homeless dogs who have run out of other options. We are located in New Germany, Minnesota, just west of Minneapolis. Our vision and hope is to continue to place senior dogs into fully vetted adoptive homes--as we do now--and to build a sanctuary for those dogs who can have a quality life but face obstacles to adoption by private individuals. We follow each dog through to the end of their life, ensuring their care and and with the promise that their transition from this life will be in the arms of someone who loves them.

TLC and an awareness that older bones and ligaments may require more time and some help to travel safely and comfortably.
