The Humane Society of Harlingen

We are an open intake 501(c)3 shelter with a municipal contract for the City of Harlingen, TX. We are located in deep South Texas on the US/Mexico border. There is a large population that lives under the poverty line, and unfortunately the animals in this area suffer. Ours is a small facility and we have an annual intake in excess of 7000 cats and dogs annually.

Must provide proof of spay/neuter for any animals pulled from our shelter that were not altered prior to transport.
