About BARC Shelter
BARC Shelter is a dedicated 501c3 located int he heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. We are a grassroots organization with 30 years of experience saving animals from all walks of life. We are strengthening our reach with Project Concrete Jungle! We will pull from our Texan partner rescue to help bring animals from high population but low demand areas to low population and high demand areas.

We prefer flying the animals from Texas. At this time we only pull from DAWGS N Texas rescue as this time.
