Little Woof Small Dog Rescue Inc.

Little Woof Small Dog Rescue Inc. is an all volunteer operated foster based 501c3 certified animal rescue organization located in Essex Vermont that specializes in rescuing small breed dogs. Most of our dogs are rescued from the South and Southwest and we find them new loving homes in Vermont and the surrounding area.

We would like all volunteers to email us and agree to a phone interview. If they live in Vermont the director would also like to do an in person interview. If they live in another state where we rescue dogs close to a shelter we pull from we would like the person we work with at that shelter to talk to potential volunteers and approve candidates. Pulling or accepting owner surrender or stray animals requires approval of the director of the rescue. Transporting of animals requires the approval of director. If an animal is in foster care you must notify and seek approval of the director if that animal needs medical attention.
