Furever Home Dog Rescue

Furever Home Dog Rescue is dedicated to saving adoptable dogs from being euthanized at overpopulated, high-kill animal shelters. We find loving, responsible, and permanent furever homes for as many dogs as our volunteer foster families can support. Our goal is to adopt our dogs to homes that meet the personality, lifestyle, or special needs of our dogs. We are a all volunteer group with the sole intent to reduce euthanizing unwanted, homeless, neglected, or abused dogs.

FHDR has dogs vetted prior to transport and travel with health certificates. Puppies should travel in crates straight through, and those crates should be bleached. Puppies should not be put on the ground. If they make a mess and crate needs to be cleaned, someone must hold the puppy in their arms or carefully placed on newspaper while someone else cleans the crates. If there other puppies/dogs from other groups on the same transport we require those animals to be vetted for their age.
