Suffolk Humane Society

Suffolk Humane Society is a very small non-profit that has a cat and dog program. We are a foster based 501 with an office. All of our foster animals are in homes.

This organization occasionally take dogs from NC and SC shelters. The transportation is always the hardest part. We usually take those dogs that are very shy, in extremely bad shape, badly matted, pregnant or fragile senior dogs. Those transporting must know how to handle an unsocialized animal or any of those listed above.
