DFW Pug Rescue Club, Inc.

About DFW Pug Rescue Club, Inc.
DFW Pug Rescue is a 501c3 organization that has been rescuing and rehoming pug dogs for the past 18 years. We accept all pugs regardless of their age or medical condition. We primarily rescue pugs in Texas, Louisiana, and eastern New Mexico. We have on occasion accepted pugs from other areas.
Please see the guidelines for working with our organization below.
We require transporters to be licensed drivers with liability insurance for their vehicles. We prefer our pugs to be crated during transports. All pugs MUST be transported inside an AIR CONDITIONED vehicle. Transporters need to provide their own crates. Transporters should bring sufficient water and water dishes for the number of pugs being transported. Although we try to provide leashes and collars whenever possible, most of the pugs will be coming out of shelters a distance away from us and we may not have a contact in that area willing to provide those for us. Therefore, we suggest that the transporter bring medium sized collars and leashes that they can remove at the end of the transport.
