Meet Bella and Tofu! These two cuties were both rescued from Houston and have had quite the rough start. Bella and her siblings were saved from an abandoned apartment backyard where they were living in a small pen in their own feces. They looked as if they'd been living there for all 9 months of their lives. Tofu was dropped in a crate at one of our fosters' homes in the middle of the night while it was pouring rain. Thankfully she heard him at her door and took him right inside! Neither had fosters available for them in Houston, so a wonderful rescue pilot FLEW them from Houston to San Antonio, where they have been socializing and learning what it's like to live inside. They have been patiently waiting for their own permanent homes, and the day has finally come!! Both have AMAZING adopters waiting for them in New York! We have a transport lined up to get them there, but we need help getting them from San Antonio back to Houston. Who can help these babies make their very last freedom ride?!
