Tater is ten years old and was rescued 4 hours before she was to be put down. She does chase the outdoor cats and likes “being naughty” to mess with them. She doesn't always understand how Airedale “play” might easily get to be too much, so her foster mom shuts the door to the “Cat House” when Tater goes on nightly walks. Tater roams but stays pretty close even though off leash. Tater has a tendency to “mild” car sickness. Her foster mom gives her Benedryl or melatonin and that seems to help. She will have some coming with her to make her ride more comfortable. Tater doesn’t need a ramp “yet” but had problems getting into the pickup. A car works better. Tater already has a ramp but it hadn’t been needed “yet” and Tater will be traveling that with the ramp for her new family, as well as her bedding. Tater still has the Airedale appreciation of all life has to offer, is “loving and very sweet”, but does like a good sound sleep after activity. Tater weighs 70 pounds.
