Minx and Clea have lived their whole lives with their senior Mom & Dad & son. Unfortunately, both parents passed away within a short time of each other. Their son wants the best for this gentle pair of kitties. He has is a functioning autistic adult that has help and support to live on his own. He feels caring for Minx and Clea are to much for him. The basic cat care is overwhelming to him. His support person agrees that he would not understand long term when they needed medical care or what to do. They reached out to Snow Camp Sanctuary to help re-home this 12 yr brother and sister, bonded Siamese pair to have a loving, caring home where Minx and Clea could be properly taken care of. We were contacted by a caring semi-retired couple that recently lost their Siamese kitty which they rescued from a high-kill shelter. Micheal and Chris have been approved to adopt which included a home check. Micheal and Chris would prefer to meet the Minx and Clea via flight or car transport in Portland, Maine; but are willing to meet in Newburyport, Massachusetts, or any where in southern New Hampshire. If the transport can end on a Saturday or Sunday, that would be preferred so both can drive to meet Minx and Clea. Micheal can meet the transport by himself if the transport needs to conclude during the week. The dates listed are flexible if someone is able to fly or drive Minx and Clea to their new home sooner than listed.
Dates are flexible. Labor Day weekend is approaching and many people are traveling, and the thought is that this would be an optimum transport time. Thank you for considering transporting Minx and Clea to their new forever home.
