Dover was just rescued from a kill shelter in TN after spending 7 long months there. His original foster was unable to pick him up from transport. Thankfully, another volunteer took him home in order to keep him from taking the long ride back. Even more thankfully, another foster is able to take in Dover. He just needs a ride!
Dover is super sweet and calm in the car. He and us will be super grateful for your help!
