Max was recently surrendered by an his owner who could not manage to care for him. He stated Max was in great health but slowly we started to realize that's not the case. Max has a lot of trouble using his back legs, walking and urinating is a challenge for him. We want to get him to our vet for x-rays asap! But the foster is currently without a car.
